一、产品简介：
纤维素是植物残体进入土壤的碳水化合物的重要组分之一。在土壤纤维素酶作用下，可以催化纤维素水解生成纤维二糖、葡萄糖等还原糖，所以，纤维素酶是碳素循环中的一个 重要酶。本试剂盒采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸与终产物还原糖反应生成棕红色物质，在540nm处有特征吸收峰，进而得到土壤纤维素酶活性。

可见分光光度计、1mL 玻璃比色皿（光径 1cm）、水浴锅或恒温振荡培养箱、可调式移液器、蒸馏水。
