一、产品简介： 肉桂酸-4-羟基化酶（C4H，EC 1.14.13.11）是苯丙烷类代谢途径的关键酶。可有效调节 与之相应的黄酮类化合物等次生代谢产物的合成，其活性可作为植物抗性的一个生理指标。 本产品测试原理是以肉桂酸作为底物，在酶促反应的最适条件下，肉桂酸-4-羟基化酶催 化底物生成 4-羟基反式肉桂酸，其在最佳 PH 值下，产物 4-羟基反式肉桂酸在 340nm 下有 最大吸收峰，进而计算出该酶活性大小。
二、所需用的仪器与用品： 酶标仪、96 孔板、台式离心机、可调式移液器、研钵、冰和蒸馏水。
