一、产品简介: 肉桂醇脱氢酶(CAD,EC 1.1.1.195)是作为植物次生代谢特别是木质素合成的关键酶,与植 物生长发育和抵御病原菌入侵关系密切。本试剂盒提供一种简单,灵敏,快速的测定方法: CAD 催化肉桂醇和 NADP +生成肉桂醛和 NADPH,进而与特异的显色剂反应产生有色物质, 通过检测有有色物质的增加速率,进而计算出 CAD 酶活性的大小。
二、所需的仪器和用品: 酶标仪、96 孔板、台式离心机、可调式移液器、研钵、冰和蒸馏水。
