一、产品简介过氧化氢酶(CATEC 1.11.1.6)普遍存在于植物动物组织中,其活性与生物体的代谢强 度及抗寒、抗病能力有一定关系。本试剂盒提供一种简单,灵敏,快速的测定方法,即 CAT 催化过氧化氢产生水与氧气,剩余的过氧化氢与一种新型显色探针显色,其在 510nm 处有最大吸收峰。通过过氧化氢的减少量来计算样本中 CAT 酶的活力。 本试剂盒突出特点是从紫外波长(240nm:过氧化氢的检测波长)转换到可见波长 510nm)检测,无需使用石英比色皿或 UV 板。而且由于过氧化氢极其不稳定,直接检 测造成读值不稳定,且蛋白质等组分在此紫外波长下也有光吸收,影响结果精确性。
