一、产品简介:
内切-β-1,4-葡聚糖酶(EC3.2.1.4)存在于细菌、真菌和动物体内,是纤维素酶系的组份之一,这类酶随机水解β-1,4-糖苷键,将无定形长链纤维素分子截短,将其分解成葡萄糖、纤维二糖、纤维三糖等各种类型的还原糖,在碱性条件下,产生的还原糖能与3,5-二硝基水杨酸反应生成棕红色物质,该物质在540nm下有最大吸收峰,即可得出内切-β-1,4-葡聚糖酶的酶活性大小。
